• Free Plan: Bambl offers a free tier with fundamental capabilities. No credit card is required to sign up.
• Pro and Enterprise Plans: Premium features require an active paid subscription as outlined on our pricing page.
• Renewals & Cancellations: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal date. You may cancel at any time in your dashboard; features remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

5. 知识产权声明

The Bambl brand, logos, user interface design, code, and proprietary features are owned by Bambl. You retain ownership of content and graphics you upload to your profile, granting Bambl a limited license solely to host and display it as intended.

6. 责任限制

Bambl is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bambl disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, service interruptions, or third-party links.

7. 条款修改与终止

Bambl reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notice on the platform. Accounts violating terms or engaging in abuse may be suspended or terminated immediately without prior notice.
